SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services into the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency said it is actually alarmed with regard to the significant quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the large number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and SRD there is no thoroughly functional office focused on service the area regularly. The support issue developed for intervention ordeals a higher inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, which makes it tricky for the office to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.
